Climate Anxiety

With global temperatures rising, concerns around the climate are at an all-time high. That holds especially true for younger generations, who will have to live with the long-term effects of our present action or inaction. These forces have combined to create an increase in climate anxiety.

These fears and frustrations are causing real psychological distress, with no sign of slowing down. While there's a limit to the impact of individual action, there are still a number of steps you can take to create a healthier environment for yourself and your mental wellness.
